Warranty Time: One Year from installation date. Extend the warranty time to 2 years to 5 years are optional.

2.How long does it takes to install?

The T20B and T60B take approximately 30--40 minutes to install. Only open hole on roof top, fix the a/c, connect hose, and wiring. its enough.

3.Transport Port？

we can make transportation by sea, by air, by Express. if by sea, we accept Qingdao, Tianjin, Shanghai seaport. if by air, all Chinese airports are available. if by express, we have good relationship with TNT, Fedex, DHL, EMS, all these are available.

4.Lead Time？

Lead time: less than 100sets/order, the lead time is 3weeks. more than 100sets/order, the lead time is 4weeks. in Mexico and South-Africa, the lead time less than 30sets/order, the lead time is one day. we have warehouse in Mexico and South-Africa.
